Due to the intimate nature of our products and strict sanitation protocols, we highly encourage you to review your sizing carefully before purchasing. If you must return an item, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Please note: Returns are NOT free.
Restocking, Shipping & Processing Fees
All returned items are subject to a mandatory 20% restocking fee. Additionally, the customer is 100% responsible for purchasing their own return shipping label. Original shipping costs are strictly non-refundable.
Payment Gateway Fees:
Any non-refundable transaction fees charged by our payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Shopify Payments, PayPal) for the original purchase or the refund transaction will be entirely charged back to the customer and deducted from the final refund amount.
Strict Eligibility
To even be considered for a return, your item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in the exact original condition. Any intimates (including thongs, bodysuits, and panties) missing the hygiene liner will be immediately rejected and destroyed with no refund issued. Beauty products must be sealed in their original factory packaging.
Refund Process
If your return passes our strict inspection process, your refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and original shipping costs) will be processed to your original method of payment within 10-14 business days.
Information We Collect
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application on a secure server behind a firewall.

Errors, Inaccuracies, and Dropshipping Disclaimers
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and dispatched to our global fulfillment centers within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Please note that high-demand collections may experience slight processing delays. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Times
Because we utilize a global network of premium suppliers and warehouses to bring you exclusive pieces, shipping times may vary depending on your location and the specific items ordered.
• Standard Shipping: 7 to 15 business days.
• Express Shipping: 5 to 10 business days (where available).
Note: If your order contains items from multiple different warehouses, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure they reach you as quickly as possible.
International Shipping, Customs & Duties
We offer international shipping to select countries. However, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Bratty & Shy is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, Bratty & Shy is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen global events. Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery address is secure and accurate.
